Welding Sequence Optimizer (WSO) is a welding sequence optimization program developed by MANUFAI. With WSO, welding sequence can be determined to minimize distortions by considering geometric tolerances and manufacturing time.

WSO works in integration with Simufact Welding. After the welding analysis model is created in Simufact Welding, welding sequence optimization can be done using WSO. After the optimization is completed, the WSO program automatically updates the Simufact Welding model according to the most appropriate weld order and makes it ready for analysis.
